POSITION
The space allocated for advertising consists of 1 Side Box located on the left-hand side of the page (see image below).

This space is available on practically every page of the site, except for the Home Page and a few other pages.

SIZE
The dimensions of every advert will be 175 x 108 pixels (see sample below):

FORMAT
The image must be JPEG or GIF. Animated banners are acceptable (maximum 3 rotations).
No Flash banners will be accepted.

APPROVAL
Design (text and image) is subject to approval by St Anne's Clinic.

RATES
Advertising Rates vary according to Frequency.

FREQUENCY
Minimum order is for 1 month.
There are frequency discounts built into the rate card. These range from 10% for a 3 month commitment, going up to 25% for a 12 month order.

ARTWORK
Customers must provide their own artwork, at least 3 working days before the start of the campaign.

PAYMENT
Amount due is to be paid in full prior to the start of the campaign.
When a previously occupied position becomes free, preference is given to existing advertisers.
